Every order is individually wrapped with care and is prepared and inspected by Katherine.
What shipping method do you use?
UPS Ground shipping is used with full door-to-door tracking for domestic purchases.
Worldwide shipping for prints is offered at a flat rate of $24.99
How long will it take my art to arrive?
Print orders are sent within 1–3 working days.
Estimated delivery times are generally
- North America: 5–7business days
- International: 10-14 days
You will receive a tracking number by the email you provided at checkout once your order has been dispatched.
What about international purchases?
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country for the delivery of limited edition prints. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the buyer’s responsibility.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please check with your local customs office for more information. Delays due to customs are also beyond our control and may affect delivery times.
Returns
The art isn't what I expected, what are my options to return it?
All purchases are final sale. I do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
If your work was damaged in the shipping process, please contact me within one week ( 7 days ) of delivery with clear photographs of the packaging and the work of art. No refunds will be given but we can work together on a replacement or store credit in the rare case of this occurrence.
